Essential, indispensible, vital text book for the amateur lathe user. Covers all the basics, and many varied techniques for getting the most out of your lathe. Really makes you realise the many tasks that a lathe can perform beyond basic turning. Although this book was written many years ago, it is still totally relevant for the model engineer.

I am inspired every time I read it. If you only own one model engineering book, it should be this one
