Review

This is an excellent and thoroughly comprehensive practical reference on making things from glass fibre, or GRP. Although only a small book, it is packed with useful information. It will satisfy anyone from the rawest novice requiring basic information to the more advanced user wanting in-depth technical information.

The book covers all necessary techniques needed by the amateur or most professionals, including how to make moulds and lay up the actual mouldings. There are sections specific to making model (or full-size) boat hulls, car bodies and general GRP repairs. There is a very useful section on trouble-shooting, or how to work out what went wrong in the moulding you have just tried to make.

Excellent value for money and thoroughly recommended. I have not seen a better reference on the subject.
