Review

Useful book telling you about the different sorts of motors that are available and how to identify them. Mainly aimed at the scrapheap scavenger, which suits me fine. The bit about stepper motors was rather disappointing. Steppers could be really useful, but I didn’t really feel that I was any closer to being able to use a stepper motor after reading this book. Quite a bit of prior electronics knowledge appears to be assumed. Pretty handy though.
